When will my order ship?
On working days, orders placed by 1pm (Portugal time) ship the same day. After 1pm, at weekends or on public holidays, they ship the next working day. In November and December delivery can take a little longer.
Does free shipping count discounts?
Yes: the free-shipping threshold is calculated after coupons and discounts are applied.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you the carrier's tracking code.
Do Navita bracelets and accessories ship the same way?
They have their own, lower rates: €3 in mainland Portugal and free from €40.
