Knitted 100% Cotton 5mm with core for Basketry, Sewing, Structured work

NAVITA® cotton core knitted yarns are produced with a 100% cotton coating and core, for good stiffness and a rounded, tubular appearance.

This cord has been specially prepared for sewing pieces that require a certain level of rigidity and consistency to apply the zigzag stitching technique, thus allowing it to maintain its shape when used in baskets (small to large), bags, rugs, coasters, etc. These cords do not fray at the ends, thus maintaining their shape along their entire length. It is easy to sew on a standard domestic sewing machine.

They are ideal not only for sewing but also for making crafts, such as macramé and tapestry, especially for larger pieces that require a more rounded and structured effect.
