    1 point per euro (excl. VAT), plus points on your birthday and for following us.

Tiers

The more you make, the higher you go

BronzeFrom your first euro

1 point per €1. 5 points on your birthday.

Silver€500 in a year

1.25 points per €1. 50 welcome points for the tier. 25 points on your birthday.

Gold€1,250 in a year

1.5 points per €1. 100 welcome points for the tier. 50 points on your birthday. Early access to our campaigns.

The year runs from 1 January to 31 December and counts the value excluding VAT. The tier you reach also lasts through the following year.

Frequently asked questions

I ordered without an account. Do I lose my points?

No. Your points are linked to your email. When you sign in with that email, they will be there.

When do I get the points for an order?

As soon as the payment is confirmed. If you return products, the points for that part come off your balance.

Do points expire?

Only if you go 12 months without ordering. We email you 30 days before. Every order restarts the 12 months.

Can I combine a reward with another discount code?

Free shipping can be combined with a product discount. Product discounts cannot be added together.

I had points in the previous programme. Did I lose them?

No. Your points and tier moved to the new panel. If anything looks different, message us on WhatsApp at +351 915 011 990.

Do points work in Spain and other countries?

Yes, in every Navita store. Points are always counted in euros.
