Our facilities are our factory , and we have a small showroom where we serve the public. We are located in S. Félix da Marinha, in Vila Nova de Gaia . If possible, you should make an appointment or give us advance notice of the time and schedule at which you will be visiting so that we can always ensure that someone is available to assist you.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm | 3pm to 6pm.

Any item may be exchanged or returned, provided it is in perfect condition for sale, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice and proof of payment, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Exchanges or returns may be made in person or by post. Except in situations arising from a defect in an item or a mistake on the part of NAVITA, shipping costs will be borne by the User.

NAVITA undertakes to reimburse the User within 8 days from the date of receipt of the return.

Mainland Portugal: 1-2 working days, except for stock shortages or special orders (2-5).

Portugal Islands: 3-10 business days.
